I have premium, but you say my "free trial" is about to expire!

I have premium, but you say my "free trial" is about to expire!

I have a premuim subscription. Yesterday I fired up Spotify on my Galaxy SII, ready to listen to my downloaded playlists at work, per usual. I got the login screen. I entered my username and password several times, but they wouldn't work. Then I connected my account with my facebook, and it let me log in. All of my online playlists were there, but all downloaded music was missing! Now I keep getting messages that my free trial is about to expire, yet when I log in on my home PC it shows I'm a premium member. Please help! I can't go another day at work without music!!!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

If you can't see the playlists which you have on your premium account on your desktop then you are not signed into that account on your mobile device, hence why your phone is on a 48 hour free trial rather than your real premium account. 

Log out and back in again using exactly the same details you use on the desktop version.
