The headphones are not the problem, I tried them on a different audio source, they are fine. According to this link https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Bad-quality-of-the-sound/td-p/1545312/page/2 an admin could solve this by apperently reinstalling my profile. I would be very happy if this would be possible.

Hi @p_ccqwvb-jf7d

Thanks for sharing with us your concern. Me too, happens to have a not good quality music even I already chose Best Quality. But then, I tried adjusting my "Equalizer", then it sounds great. Try to check on your Settings, then Equalizer. Hopefully it will sound better than before.

Lemme know if it helps.

Thanks for your help, but I already tried it out. Even with everything set do default, the problem occurs.

Hey @p_ccqwvb-jf7d.

Could you check if you have Data Saver on in the Settings? Make sure it's off if you want to have the best streaming quality.

If that didn't do the trick, try a quick reinstallation with these steps.

And if that also didn't work, try to log in with a different account on your device. Let us know what the result is so we can find out if it's account related or not.

Looking forward to your reply 🙂
