I have signed up for a premium duo account but the app on my phone doesnt s

signed up for premium duo, but my iphone app seems to think i only have the free version. cannot shuffle playlists.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure you're logging into the account that you've upgraded to Premium Duo.

 

You can check your email inbox for a recent Spotify receipt, as it should contain the username of your account.
