I have spotify premium, but I cannot play other country music.

So, I got spotify premium like a month ago,  and I read that it had " Exclusive content, play any track, any album, any time." So, I thought that I could listen to music that was no available in the U.S.A. Then, later I looked for some Moby's song like "porcelain" and I found out that I could not since it was not available in the US. Why is that happening?
