I have suddenly on mobile device a non premium account but with all my playlists intact.

I have suddenly on mobile device a non premium account but with all my playlists intact.

I´m not sure if my Iphone updated the spotify app, but suddenly I was forced to log in again and choosed login with facebook. I found out that my playlists were intact but it said that i had 48 hours of free trial left. Since I have an Premium account I was very surprised. I checked the account info on my laptop (Mac with the same playlists and  with premium account active) to see if something wrong with bill info or anything similar. Since I had old contact information I changed that to the new email and mobile phone #.

I found out that account with the email adress I´m currently using were already taken by another account (Created by my phone and facebook login??) I then created a unique emailadress to use with spotify only for my premium account.

I ´ve tried to log out from the spotify app on my Iphone and login with spotify details, with failure to connect as an result.

1. I don´t want another account registered on my current email adress, I can´t delete it myself.

2. I want the premium account in my mobile device.

If all of your playlists are intact then it sounds like it is the same account, but you have just been given another 48 hour free trial for some reason. No need to worry, your normal subscription should continue as normal after those 48 hours are over if your subscription is still active. If not, let us know here and we can troubleshoot further.

As for the extra account, unfortunately you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to delete it for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
