I have to re-create a new account on account of disconnecting Facebook... Jeezus!

How can I transfer every-thing over to the other account, local files, playlists, rewind, etc? Is it even possible for a smooth transfer like that? I find it hard to bring myself to doing this given i have had this account for years now. Will it always be this way? Maybe i can wait for an update to fix this silliness so i can manually change my info?
