I have transferred the App to new phone but my playlist not there

I have transferred the App to new phone but my playlist not there

I previously had a android phone now have new iPhone

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community! 

 

By saying that your playlist is not there, you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account. Can you please double check that for us? 
 

In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page, under Your plan. If you see that you're not logged into the account you've previously used make sure to log out. 


Once you log back in using right credentials make sure to restart your device. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and your device.
