I have two accounts and don't know why...

Last.fm scrobble it is one of the codes that keeps popping up on my phone and my tablet. I can log into my Spotify account but it is not my original Spotify account. I found my original account. I have tried logging out of the so-called new account  and tried logging back in and it still comes up as the new account. I'm worried if I delete the new look out and won't be able to log back into my original and won't be able to cancel the subscription either. So if anybody has any ideas or solutions to my problem I would greatly appreciate it!
