Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.


We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of our Android boards, as it fits better here in Accounts.


In this case, it's important to locate the accounts for which you're receiving those charges. To do it, you can:

  • Go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.
  • Check if you sign up by email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Perhaps one of your Premium accounts is linked to those services.

Once you've located the accounts, you can follow these steps to cancel the subscriptions. Once the Premium time on your accounts expires, you can double-check which account you'd like to continue using and close any additional ones. That way, you can avoid future confusion. You can follow these steps to close an account.
