I have two spotify accounts?

I have two spotify accounts?

I have a problem with my Spotify account. I thought I had Spotify Premium but recently I got an announcement that the premium trial has ended. When I log in to www.spotify.com with my Facebook account, according to my subscription status on my profile I have an active premium account and there shouldn't be any problems with payments etc. But if I log in with my spotify details to www.spotify.com, according to my subscription status I have Spotify Free.

I have spotify on my iPhone and iPad, and when I log in with Facebook or Spotify details to spotify to listen to music, Spotify announces me my premium trial has ended, still  I've been charged 9,99e in May.

I don't know what to do. I don't know why in spotify.com I seem to have two different accounts depending do i log in with my Facebook or Spotify details and still when Iog in to Spotify on my iPhone or iPad, I only have spotify free though I'm paying for premium.

Hey! Welcome to the community ๐Ÿ™‚

From your post it sounds like you have two completely seperate accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using Facebook and it is the Facebook account which you are currently subscribing on. Its amazingly easy to do, since signing in with your email address rather than username will automatically log you in via Facebook.

On the devices its not recognising, try the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back up and running agian logging in using your Facebook details.

If you would like to merge those two accounts, or you have subscribed on the wrong one, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get it transferred/merged for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
