I have upgraded my account to premium in december whit the decemeber discount but only got 1 month

i have bought in december a gift card and there was a action that you wil get 3 months if you upgrade in december.

nou did i a upgrade in december but didnt get any extra months?

my question is why???

I have the same problem but I paid the suscription with my Card... So Why Spotify doesn´t valid the promotion??
