Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to confirm, does your subscription still show as active on the account page? If so, it's possible that you need to cancel it before you can change to a new payment method. Once it's been canceled, your account will revert to our free service when the Premium time expires, and you can then sign up again here using the new payment method.

Should you already have canceled the previous subscription, we recommend give the steps under Not working? on this page a shot.
