I just cancel my Family Plan and I want a refund please!

Hey there:   I just tried to upgrade my account from Premium to a Family Plan because I thought my family might like it, but they don't want it. So I change it back to Premium, but it says:   Your plan will change on 3/9/18 Days left on Premium for Family: 11   I didn't use it and I've been charged. I want to downgrade to Premium right now and I want the 5 extra Euro back please!
