I just got hacked and banned by spotify support.

I was hacked and they deleted my playlists and stuff. I changed the password and logged in and contacted support to let them know, they demanded non encrypted billing information and I refused. Recovered playlists, went to sleep. Now it says I no longer have an account?! All those playlists... Why?!
