I just got jerked out of 110 pesos responding to the 2for1 premium prepaid upgrade

I recieved email with advertisement for the 2 months for 99 pesos (2 for 1) premium prepaid upgrade and it seems this system is set up for failure . Every thingstimes out and changes referencce #`s .... this after I have already gone and paid the $ at the store...Why isnt ther a customer service email?????????????

Are you sure that the payments went through successfully? If the connection timed out when you were signing up, it's likely the payment didn't go through and the funds should get back to you soon.

 

If that's the case, try signing up again using a different device to see if it makes a difference.

I paid via oxxo wich is a convenient store here in Mexico. I was already notified that my subscribtion would end. I have already deleted the Spotify app. From my devices and will tell all whom I know that your costumer service is bad to NULL. You don’t have email only chat. Even this email is to little to late. I tried hitting were it said to respond hit here I did and nothing but then you know that. Im done with Spotify and your weak costumer service keep your 2 for 1 and your no response links.
