I just got my spotify premium trial, but I didnt had the 60 days trial!? I already paid for.

Hi. Everyone. I would like to know whats going on with my spotify premium trial. My bank already sent me a bill for 7.99USD and I've never had the trial for 60 days. What can I do? I really whant to know if it worth before to pay for it, but they already charged the 7.99 like a normal subscription renuew. I whant the 60 days trial.

Have you ever had A Spotify Premium subscription or free trial?

Has a Spotify Premium Subscription ever been purchased using the payment method you are using?

If one of these is the case then, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the premium trial 😞

Hey @dul03

Support has confirmed you previously subscribed to Premium through iTunes. The 30-day trial is only available for new subscribers that sign up for Premium directly through the Spotify.com website.

Hopefully that clears things up.
