I keep getting charged

I keep getting charged

I removed Spotify premium 2 months ago and i am still being charged . worse off its not even available in the country i live in. Do i get a refund  and what do i do?

Hi @Sanata thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

 

Could you check to see what your account status is on your subscription page? Does it recognise you as a premium or free user? You can cancel your account here if it thinks you still premium. If you no longer have an account but are still being charged then I would suggest contacting Spotify Care through this anonymous contact form (you'll not need any user ID).


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
