My Question or Issue

I keep getting the same ads over and over again no matter what device I use. Any phone or laptop. I have my tailored ads off.

Could you let us know the name of the ad or describe what it was about? Could you also let us know a rough time/date you heard/saw it, the device you were using, and the version of Spotify you’re running? 

We’ll pass your feedback to the ads team.

Meanwhile we'd suggest that once you receive an ad to watch it till the end without skipping or minimizing the app.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
