I keep trying to change my email and it is saying that I am unable to.

I keep trying to change my email and it is saying that I am unable to.

I do the steps to change my email and every time I click save it says I am unable to at this time but I have tried on my computer, on the app, on the website, and nothing is working! I need to get it changed.

Hey

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

 

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

 

Another possibility is that the Spotify client was unable to communicate with the Spotify servers. Normally it does mean your connection is being prevented by a firewall or other security software - but it can also be caused by other factors. 

 

You could try to connect using a different Wifi network, just to see if it's a local issue or a network one.
