I kinda deleted my account without wanting to do so.

I had my account connected with facebook and tried to log in with it. All my lists were gone and when I went to my settings I noticed that this wasn't my account. It made a new account with my facebook account. It took my facebook connection from my main account and made a new account with it. So thinking that the new empty account used my e-mail I sent a message on Spotify to delete my account under the e-mail, which was MY MAIN ACCOUNT. So yeah... Any idea of what can I do?
