I loggin and my playlists are all gone

My playlists are all missing.  I got an auto email saying to login with my username and not my email password, but I have facebook credentials I use.

Hey @user-removed thanks for getting in touch via the Community.

Is your account free when you log in and don't see those playlists? Is there another email address you could have registered with--it sounds like your account with Premium and your playlists isn't linked to your Facebook details.
