I lost Premium after connecting two accounts

Hello everybody!

I wanted to connect my new account with my old one. I registered my old account with facebook and I got Premium. After connecting my old Facebook-based account with my new account, i lost Premium. It seems that my Facebook account was deleted. What can I do to get my account back?

Hey @robinp9998

You can't merge Spotify accounts. You jsut connected your Facebook to your new account and since you old was created with it you can't login to your old account anymore. To restore access you need to contact Spotify directy by using the contact form or message @SpotifyCares on Twitter and they will help you.
