I lost account

I lost account

  • My account was hacked. The cracker changed the account email and password. I can the login to the account and the e-mail to which it was registered. But the worst thing is not even that I lost my account. The account had a premium subscription, which I now don't know how to turn off and I'm afraid that money for the next month will be debited soon. And I do not know how to disable this subscription. Help me please.

If you can't access your Spotify account you can cancel your subscription by completing this form and sending it directly to Spotify.

 

Make sure to go through the steps in the help article here - this way you can reach out to our Customer Support team. They'll be happy to secure your account for you.     

 

Tip: Prepare a screenshot of your Spotify receipt or bank statement - we may need it for security reasons (make sure it doesn’t show your full credit card number, expiration date, or 3-digit code).
