Solved!

I lost all my 700+ followers

Hey everybody,

I am a producer who had over 700 followers on Spotify, but one day they were all gone. I still followed the ones I followed. I thought it was a visual glitch and i'd be fixed automaticly. But it has been a few weeks already and it still isn't fixed unfortunately.

I hope someone here can help me 🙂

Yeah, I understand that.

It's a recent change and according to the info that I have no issue.

I'll make sure to pass your feedback onto Spotify about this though.

Hey @KestutisK,

Are you ok with sharing a link to your page/profile so I can check how it looks on my end?

Thanks.

Here is the link to my Spotify Page

I hope you can fix it. Thanks in advance!

Justin,

Thanks for the link.

Your follower count (currently at 731 followers) is being displayed correctly on the 'About' tab of your artist page. Your personal profile currently has two followers.

Your artist page and your account are two different pages, so the follower count is no longer being synced with both pages. I understand this update will change the way you interact with your audience.

Moving forward, I'd recommend sharing your artist profile with fans and using your user-account for personal use. Although your followers won't see your artist profile in their sidebar, you're still visible in their following section and Artist tab.

I hope that clears things up.

Hey Max,

I distribute my music to Spotify through Tunecore. They made a Spotify
artist page for me when I distributed my first song to Spotify. Then I
connected my personal Spotify page with my Artist page. That is how I got
separate pages.

Do you think this could be fixed?
