I lost everything in my account including my premium.

I lost everything in my account including my premium.

Hi,   I lost everything, songs, friends, playlist.    Including the premium that I pay for.      I saw a post related to that in the FAQ,  but the relogin with username didn't work.     I wrote to spotify 4days ago, no answer.    I wrote again yesterday.. nothin.     So now, payin for nothin,  can't cancel my renew..  my account is in free mode.     So,  what should I do,  any help?    Thanks!

Try contacting them on twitter if you can @SpotifyCares. i have found that it is much easier to contact them and they reply much faster most of the time.

I have forwarded your post to the support team at Spotify. Hopefully someone will be in contact soon.

If you have a case number from support, please post it here. (8 digit number)
