I lost my acc, i think? Pls help

  1. Today, my cousins and I were logged out of our shared premium account on all devices randomly. When we tried logging back in with the correct login details, it said they were incorrect. Moreover, when we tried a password reset, it said that there was no active account linked to our username. Does this mean our account is disabled? Why? Please let us know how to fix it, we have been trying since 10 am and it is 9:50 pm now lol

I’m sorry to hear about this! In this case, I’d recommend checking out this support article for the next steps to take.

To prevent this from happening in the future, there are many measures you can take to protect your account, such as resetting your password every few months, and not using passwords you have used on other sites. There is also a great guide here for some more measures on protecting your account.

If you see an email from Spotify, and can’t tell if it’s legit, use this checklist. Of course, Spotify makes sure that all user records and platforms are completely secure around the clock.

Same I logged out not dang log in and I just bought a annual plan too I'm very worried .

@Billy-J ty so much! I didn't even know that the community was this fast at replying so I didn't think to check until today. I will be sure to try out your proposed solutions and let you know whether they work or not.

@Billy-J, I tried looking thru the links you gave me, but they mostly focus on resetting passwords. As I mentioned, password resets are not working for our account. Also, it automatically signed us out everywhere, so that isn't an option either. Thanks for the help though!
