I lost my account

I lost my account

When im checking my email yesterday, i got an email from you but it all write in Italian. By translated, it mean someone has changed my account email to another one. I've sent a mail to you to ask for disable my payment from that account but hear nothing from you 😞  i've made a new one and pay for premium with the same visa. Please remove the payment from my hacked account. I dont want to pay twice per month.

I noticed that this email you've received is a scam. Please login in to your previous account to cancel the Premium subscription.

The same thing happened to me and it doesn’t allow me to log back in to my account. I have also written to the email address it gave in the “spam” email several times with no response. I don’t want to make a new account and repay for premium, is there a way to get back into my account?
