I lost my shared playlists and messages and i'm losing my mind

I had shared playlists with a friend, and I no longer have the shared playlists anymore (I un-subscribed from them). One of them I made myself, but I am for some reason unable to recover it from the "recover deleted playlists" section. 
I also lost all my messages which breaks my heart, the messages are so important to me. Is there any way they can be recovered? My friend is gone now and will never come back. I need this. ;
