I'm 100% sure my account details are correct but it says my account doesn't exist

I have 2 spotify accounts. One being premium and the other being not. 

I logged out of my non premium account to listen to my downloaded songs but now I can't log back into my other account. My laptop saved my login details which have worked everytime but when I try to log in it says that my username/password is wrong. 

I tried to reset my password and when I enter my email, it says that there is no account with that email but I am sure there is because spotify has emailed me about my account before.

I even tried my random lettered username to log in and nothing worked.

I'm really desperate to my account back, my premium account is fine to log into and out of.
