I'm a Premium Subscriber but I Need to Go Online First to Play Songs

I'm a premium subscriber for 2 years and have paid the monthly fees for this month but I suddenly can't play my songs. I need to go online first. Why is this happening? Mycsubscription is still premium though.

Hey @dnoveano! Thanks for writing.

 

In this case, our best recommendation would be to reinstall Spotify with these steps (keep in mind that you'll need to resync your downloaded songs after that). This will give the app a fresh start, so you should be able to enjoy the music just fine.

 

If the issue persists, we'd suggest clearing your account's current offline devices from this page, since it's possible that the cache stored on those devices might be causing this issue.
