I'm a Student but i'm paying 10 €

Hi there.
I have spotify Premium for 1 year now and i am a Student that's why i was paying only 4.99€ every Month. Now im still a Student but they started taking 9.99€ now. I tried to contact spotify but it didn't work and when i clicked on "Upgrade to Premium for 4.99€ a month" it said that im not allowed to do so...
Does someone have an idea?

That is odd. Did you renew your Student subscription in time? According to the US version FAQ page of Student Discount:
"What happens when my discount runs out?

Your student discount is active on your subscription for 12 months. After that, you are charged the full Spotify Premium price. Don’t worry though! We automatically send you a reminder email when your student discount code is about to expire.

If you’re still a student, you can then continue to receive the discount by following these steps:

Head here and change your account to the Free service by cancelling your Premium subscription.
When your account reverts to Free at the end of this paid month, go here to upgrade back to Premium and apply the student discount again. All your music will still be there waiting for you. "

Secondly, when you contacted Spotify, how did you do so? Why didn't it work, did you get any error messages?
