I'm a spotify premium member but my mobile device says 30 days is up

I'm a spotify premium member but my mobile device says 30 days is up

I have been a premium member for quite some time, but today I got a message on my mobile device that my 30 day trial is up and my playlists are no longer available offline.  My last supscription payment was made on 7/22/13.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Spotify desktop should say 'Spotify premium' at the top.
3) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
4) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
