I'm about to go crazy! you can not renew my account

Hello!
I can not upgrade my account and it says that the payment is not accepted. I know  to 1000% that there is money in my account and the card is valid. how do I do? it's the same every month and it ends with that I'll have to get a new mail in order to create a new account.

I've talked to the bank and they say that everything is as it should. have not had problems before has worked well for 2 years with the same card and my old account.

I have tried to upgrade their card number, tested with paypal nothing works

This is the message I get

Make sure you entering you name, address and etc the exact same way as you did when you signed up for your Credit/Debit card, also make sure it's the right card number (Always triple check).

I not sure if the offcialy support can help you though, but hopefully there can.
