I'm abroad?

I've been in the same country for 2 months and out of nowhere it says you can only use spotify for 14 days abroad? I first purchased spotify premium in France but I was only there for a few days... It's been almost 3 months since and I live in Istanbul but it's not working on my mobile?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Please note Spotify premium requires you to go online every 30 days to ensure the status of your subscription.
