I'm been charged twice a month

I'm been charged twice a month

I used to have spotify premium, the regular account, paying $10 a month because I didn't know about the Student discount. I thought I changed my account to student to pay $5 a month but instead, they are charging me both payments a month and it's not fair. I need a solution or to get my money back becuase if not, I'm going to drop my spotify account.

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
