I'm being billed twice, at two different times of the month.

I'm being billed twice, at two different times of the month.

I'm being billed twice, at two different times of the month. Once for Premium Service and Once for non-premium (4.99) service.

 

I only should be getting billed once for Premium. I only have one Spotify account as far as I know, so I have no way to figure out how to cancel this 4.99 monthly charge. I'm being charged 4.99 every month on the 8th of the month.

 

Please cancel this 4.99 billing. Also, I would like to request a refund from all the past months that I've been billed twice, for the 4.99 charge.

 

It looks like I began the 9.99 premium spotify on 10/29/2012, but the previous 4.99 monthly charge did not stop here and it continued onward ever since without me realizing, which means that I've been mistakenly charged 4.99 12 times. 

 

That's 59.88 that I overpaid for nothing. Please refund this or extend 6 months of free service to me to cover this. 

 

Please confirm all the above.

If you are being billed for that, you definitely have an unlimited account floating about somewhere. 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Unfortunately due to the nature of the details needed billing issues can't be dealt with here on the community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
