I'm being charged Twice a month

I'm being charged Twice a month

I've been charged twice a month since I signed up for premium. I've been trying to contact spotify for over a month, I've sent 3 messages and I am checking my spam folder twice daily. I can not get a response from them. I'm owed two free months or a refund, and suggestions on how to get them to actually respond?

Did you use the following contact form as your method of contact?

It should not take anywhere near a month for a reply. Did you recieve the "No Reply" email from them after submitting to confirm it was submitted? If you did, try replying to the email. You should get a response within 24 hours.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?

I did use that contact and I have all 3 confirmation emails

Did you reply to any of the automated emails like suggested above? If not, I would suggest doing that now as it often bumps your case.
