I'm being overcharged

I'm being overcharged

I have been charged 9.99 twice a month for the past two months, all the payments have the same reference number on my credit card , I have twice filled in forms online with the details that tell me someone will get back to me and so far no one has and anoyther payment has just gone out. Terrible customer service and impossible to get help, lets sort this then I can move to deezer

I hv been charged twice by Spotify since August. I receive 2 text messages each time saying that £9.99 has been received. I hv a Premium account. I hv had nothing from Spotify saying that this is an overpayment. I hv had no refund to date. I got this info from my phone company.
