I'm bummed out. I've used my Spotify username and pswd and still cant access my music.

I think I just spelled out my prob. in the subject line. OOPS. I recently had my pc in the repair shop to clean

out a virus. When I got it back, my dsktp icon for Spotify was gone. So I called the tech and he said "It's still

in there, it's hiding." So I managed to sign in with my Spotify username and pswd, and that's as far as it will

let me in. I REALLY  miss my nearly 300 tracks A LOT. will U please send an email to

Spotify puts itself into your AppData folder, which is a weird place to have programs in.

To get in there, go to Start menu->Computer and then type %AppData% on the address bar.

You will be in your Appdata folder now. Find Spotify in there.

spotify.exe is what you are looking for. Right click spotify.exe and choose either "Pin to Taskbar" or "Pin to Start Menu".

Now you should have a shortcut to Spotify again, on the taskbar or start menu whichever you chose.

If you don't have Spotify on the appdata folder, it's gone and you should just install it again. Click "Get Spotify" at the top of the website.
