I'm getting charged in a card it's not in file

Hello,

 

I changed my card months ago in my profile, and I still getting charged in my old card.

Please I need this to be fixed ASAP!!

Hi there!

 

You should check if the change of payment method was done. Go to the Spotify subscription and payment page and check if the new credit card is assigned to your account. If it's not, click on Update information. If the new credit card is your payment method yet you still get charged on the old one you should contact the Spotify Support team and explain them your situation. They will reply as soon as they can.
