I'm having trouble changing my account country from Netherlands to the USA

I'm having trouble changing my account country from Netherlands to the USA

I am trying to change my account country and payment method from the Netherlands to the USA after a year living abroad. I am given an error message every time I try to change it, which says that it is not possible to have this "subscription." I have been a Premium customer for many years and successfully made the change before.

Thanks for reaching out.


Can you please confirm you're following these steps to update your payment method:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date.

 

Also, if the error message appears when trying it as instructed above, please share the exact error message you're seeing. 🙂

Hi I follow your steps but still get this issue. "The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support."
