I'm in Germany with a German IP address but can't change country in my profile (formerly GB)

Hi,

I moved to Germany one month ago. Tried to update my account from GB to Germany but 'Edit Profile' is locked to GB. Can't change my payment method due to that either. How can I change this?

Hey @dbreyvogel, welcome to the community!

If you're currently paying for Premium with your GB payment method, you'll need to follow these steps to update the country.

In case the page doesn't prompt you to update the country after entering your new payment details, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

As a last resource, I suggest cancelling the current subscription. Once the account goes back to Free, you'll be able to update the country and resubscribe using your German payment method.
