I'm in a different country than my payment details.

I'm in a different country than my payment details.

I live in Mexico but my billing info is in the US, I just upgraded to family premium but I can't add anyone because it says the accounts must be in the same country (we all are in Mexico currently).

 

Help please.

Hey @gralvilla,

 

There are two ways to fix it:

 

  1. Wait until all family members you'd like to invite are back in the US so they can update their account's country setting.
  2. Update your payment method to a mexican payment method and wait until the next payment date.
