I’m just trying to cancel a Premium account!!!

I guess I created a separate account from my Facebook account when I got my new iPhone with the username kelceegee and when I try to log on now it doesn’t take my password, it doesn’t send an email to any of my emails so I don’t know what’s going on. I just need to cancel the account and it’s flipping ridiculous that there is no one for me to contact to help, just unhelpful links!! Please help, I don’t want to pay this $10 a month anymore.
