Have been a subscriber for years. Subscribed to a podcast that linked to spotify and discovered I could not log on. Changed my password -- still no luck

Can you try to log in on a different device if possible? 

Would you mind also trying with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it. 

On another note, could you let us know what happens when you try to log in? Do you receive any error messages?
