I'd suggest checking the Notification section of your Spotify account page, and make sure that all the emails you wish to recieve are checked. Also, check your email account to see if the emails are being marked as spam, or saved in a seperate inbox from your main inbox, such as a "Promotions" inbox (where my weekly releases emails are saved)
I did it, everything looks fine to me
Noticed I’m not getting any release or new music emails either since October 2019 and my preferences are correct. Have just renewed my subscription (as had to renew as was paying through the now stopped PS4 Music option) and got the emails about that, so I know the email address is not blocked. And not going to span either. Can you help?
