I'm paying but I cannot access Premium.

I'm paying but I cannot access Premium.

I'm from Barcelona, Spain. I'm paying premium since many months but it appears as I'm not paying. It says I dont' have premium access. I dont know what to do.

Spotify  should return me the money from the months I haven't been able to us Premium spotify and let me go in from now on. 

I didn't know how to ask for help

If you see charges for a Premium account and can't access it, i suggest you follow the instructions on both help pages :

- Why isn't my Premium working ?

- Finding Accounts
