I'm paying for Premium but Spotify keeps linking me to a FB login that is Free

Months ago I was using my App fine, with all my playlists and so on. Recently discovered I'd been somehow switched over to free, even though I'm paying $11.99 per month. When I log out and re-log back in, my gmail pushes me to log in with Facebook which is the account that shows up as free rather than premium. I only have one other possible email address login, which is an unlikely account anyway, and Spotify doesn't recognise. I even tried to follow instructions to cancel and resign up again, but of course I'll lose my playlists, and the account I can get to thinks I'm free so nothing to cancel!!!
I've tried all the help articles and at my wits end. Very close to cancelling altogether, if only I could find a way!!!
