I'm paying spotify and can't use it!!

I am paying spotify (automatically on credit card) since august and I cannot use the premium account. When I try to cancel it, in my signature appears that I only have the free account. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME????????? And I want My money back!

You can try logging out and then back to your spotify account or re-installing the application/program.

You can check this post here and if the issue persists you can follow this steps and fill in the contact form here so that an employee of Spotify can check your issue!
