Hi,

I'm a student in college and have been using my spotify discount for over two years now. My account switched back to premium without me noticing and it's been taking out $9.99 the last 3 months, and I JUST realized it. I still want my student subscription, because I love spotify, and am still enrolled at University of South Alabama. Is there anyway to get reimburesd for those 3 months? I would like to be on the $4.99 plan again. Help!

Don't worry 🙂 Your student discount is active for 12 months from the moment you apply it to your account. This is so Spotify can check your eligibility each academic year. After that, your account will revert to the standard Premium rate. If you’re still a student, you can reapply for an additional 12 months. You can read more about it if you wish here.
